Gordon C. McCauley
Gordon McCauley is the President & CEO of Viable Healthworks Corp. and has been a leader in the Canadian healthcare industry for over 20 years.
From 2004 to 2013, Gordon was President & CEO of Allon Therapeutics Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company. Under his leadership, Allon raised approximately $100 million in capital, took novel products from pre-clinical through to Phase III human clinical studies and was sold to Paladin Labs.
Since 2000 Gordon has been a Partner of NDI Capital, a private investment management company focused on investing in high potential lifescience and healthcare companies, which he co-founded in 2000.
Gordon has held similar leadership roles in national healthcare service firms, as well as serving in a staff capacity for two Prime Ministers and former Ontario Premier David Peterson.
In addition to Viable, Gordon is Chair of LifeSciences British Columbia, a Director of BIOTECanada, Repurposed Therapeutics, Inc., 3D Signatures Inc., The Centre for Drug Research and Development and CDRD Ventures, and Hallmark Insurance where he serves as Chair. Until late 2013 Gordon was a Director of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (Bio), in Washington D.C., and served on the Executive Committee of its Emerging Companies Section.
Matthew J. Carlyle
Matthew Carlyle is the Chief Financial Officer of Viable Healthworks Corp.
From 2004 to 2013, Matthew was the Chief Financial Officer of Allon Therapeutics Inc., a publicly traded biotech company. Previously, Matthew has served in Corporate Finance and Development roles for a number of public and private life science and technology companies, and has been involved in raising approximately $200-mm.

Mr. Carlyle holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.
